Peake Movement is a program that offers 1-on-1 assisted stretching and corrective exercise to people who want to feel and move better. Peake is unique because we are supervised by certified Physical Therapists and have regular training from top tier manual therapists to increase our skills. This isn't your typical cookie cutter stretch therapy program. All our clients are given an individualized program that can and will be modified as needed, based on their progress.
All our trainers are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contact new leads to schedule via phone and email
- Maintain all necessary certifications
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Build Peake Movement membership and retain current clientele through sales
- Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Peake policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Report to Operations Director
Qualifications:
- Love of boutique wellness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and bodywork
- Preferred background:
- Personal / Athletic Trainer
- Physical Therapist Assistant/Technician
- Massage Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- And/or applied science degree (Exercise science, strength and conditioning, etc...)
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with client
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies, including a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
Compensation Structure:
- Base pay with increases depending on performance
- Commission available on top of base pay
- Client referral goal bonus

Compensation: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
