Position Overview
As Clinic Director, you will serve as the primary clinical leader of the Timonium location. This role blends high-level patient care with leadership responsibility and strategic growth.
Core responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Driving clinic growth through referral development and community engagement
- Mentoring and developing staff clinicians
- Establishing operational consistency and accountability
- Building specialty programs aligned with community demand

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $100,001.00 per year
